Library Staff
The Conference is the primary opportunity to assist delegates to learn new skills, network with knowledgeable colleagues, and exchange information. These library personnel return to their communities to create rich educational and cultural opportunities and to continue providing dynamic library services for Saskatchewan people.
Businesses
Libraries benefit businesses by providing business and career information, skills training resources, access to pertinent materials and documents. They also educate, respond to issues, and support economic, political, cultural, and recreational well-being.
The Public
Libraries promote culture, art, literacy, education, and entertainment in print, audio-visual, and electronic formats to children, teens, adults, and seniors. They also provide awareness and information to people of all lifestyles, and promote multicultural activities and artistic performances, and support life-long learning needs.
Benefits to You as a Sponsor
The Saskatchewan Libraries Conference is a key opportunity for sponsors to be recognized in a variety of ways. You will receive continual acknowledgement throughout the conference, reaching 250 – 300 participants. The scope of recognition touches many hundreds more through the Association’s newsletter, website, and other promotional activities prior, during, and after the conference. We also issue charitable tax receipts for monetary donations.
Types of Sponsorships
Be part of this exciting event by sponsoring your choice of the keynote and endnote addresses, many more educational sessions, the special awards, banquet, social events, refreshment breaks, registration and operational activities, receptions, pre-conference workshops, or by helping us recognize volunteers, and acknowledge presenters. A complete list may be found on the attached sponsorship selection form. You may also wish to donate something in-kind or customize your selection.
In-Kind Sponsorships
We welcome in-kind donations of services and/or goods, and the donations of merchandise for program prizes, and advertising.

The Saskatchewan Libraries Conference gratefully welcomes other types of sponsorship arrangements for which you may wish to contribute. We would be more than happy to discuss any alternative sponsorship arrangements you may have in mind.

How to Be a Conference Sponsor
